The incident took place after someone mistook a paparazzo for her stalker, with police drawing their guns while a helicopter was dispatched to tend to the situation.As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Patridge went to court the previous day - being granted a restraining order against her crazed fan, Zachory Loring.
