I stopped these girls while I was on my way to an art opening the other night. They just seemed to say "summer in the city" to me. You can't really tell in this photo but the girl on the left has knotted her skirt. Is this a trend? I saw one styled like that in a store recently and I'm not really sure what I think. I do love the retro appeal of the Nike's and knee highs on the right though!
