I was asked today what makes good "street style", and I found that it was a difficult question to answer. The only thing I could think of was 'a bit of the unexpected'. This girl achieves this in a few ways: the knee highs with the dress, and then the bits of gold –from her unnatural hair color, to the brooch which provides a gathering effect to the dress to the shoes that Dorothy might have worn in Oz if she wasn't wearing red– together add an intriguing bit of visual interest.
