Spencer and Heidi: Poolside 'Royalty'

Making the most of a beautiful humpday, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag were spotted hanging out by the pool at the Roosevelt Hotel yesterday (September 2).

The Hills lovers looked a bit silly as Pratt donned a crown and held a scepter as a symbol of his intention to change his name to King Spencer Pratt.

Unembarrassed by her hubby’s behavior, Heidi just stood by and smiled for the paparazzi, looking cute in a wispy white top with denim shorts and sandals.

Speidi did a quick interview before dismissing the shutterbugs, all the while accompanied by their personal security team.

Spencer Pratt Threatens Divorce, Changing Name

They haven’t even been married for a year yet, and already Spencer Pratt is threatening Heidi Montag with a divorce if she gets pregnant.

The blonde bombshell told press that her hubby informed her that he’ll take off is she insists on having kids. “He said, ‘That’s the quickest way to divorce.’ I said, ‘No, sucker- you’ll be locked in. What do you mean?’”

In an attempt to defend his decision, Spencer explained, “I told her there’s a divorce or adoption. If she’s not down with adoption, I think it’s divorce. I’m a baby. I’m not prepared. And I’m not sure the world wants a Spencer Pratt spawn.”

Adding even more appeal to his already-stellar public image, Pratt announced that he’ll be changing his name to “King Spencer Pratt.” “I’ve decided since there is a Queen of England and a Prince William that there should be a king of America. I nominate myself for that role.”
