Heidi Montag: I Am A Plastic Surgery Addict

Heidi Montag told ABC News she was addicted to plastic surgery after undergoing ten surgeries in a day this past January, and places the blame for the physical and emotional pain she suffered as result on the surgeon who performed the operations, the late Dr. Frank Ryan.

Montag, 24, told the network she did "not feel like I was prepared enough for" the surgeries, which she said left her feeling like she'd been "hit by a truck.

"Maybe I should have known," The Hills star said. "But how can you know when your doctor's saying, 'It's just a little of this, it's just a little of that'?"

Ryan tragically died at 50 this past August 16 when his Jeep tipped over the side of Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. At the time, Montag grieved her doctor saying, "He was an angel and changed my life and the lives of everyone he met," she Tweeted of Ryan August 17. "He was the most brilliant talented surgeon who will ever exist. Dr. Frank Ryan changed the world."

In the new ABC interview, however, Montag is singing a different tune, claiming the doctor misled her en route to the operating table.

"I definitely should have been way more informed," Montag said. "I think that doctors should really walk you through all aspects of it, not just the glamorous side of it. Doctors, it's like they're selling you cookies."

"I don't want the biggest boobs in the world and, to be honest, I would take them out and downsize them but I don't want to go under the knife again," she told the network. "I feel like I'm stuck with them now... sometimes I wish I could go back to the original Heidi."

The interview with Montag airs in a special titled Primetime: Celebrity Plastic Surgery Gone Too Far? airing at 10/9c Wednesday on ABC.

Heidi Montag Trashing Surgeon For Publicity

Heidi Montag is a publicity seeking opportunist who used the death of her plastic surgeon to try to stay famous, a close friend of Dr. Frank Ryan told Radar Online in a hard-hitting interview.

Responding to Montag’s recent comments on TV that Dr. Ryan misled her about her 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day, Dawn DaLuise told Radar Online: “She is desecrating his memory.” Dawn also told Radar Online that Heidi was “obsessed” with Dr. Ryan and he was forced to spurn her advances!

After his tragic death this summer Dr. Ryan has been fondly remembered by people close to him, but his most infamous patient had only bad things to say about him and his friends are furious about it.

Heidi trashed the dead surgeon in a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight saying “It was a lot harder than I was led on by my doctor…I didn’t know how excessive it really was…and to the extent a lot of stuff.”

“Heidi Montag is taking advantage of Dr. Ryan’s death,” DaLuise, Ryan’s friend of 15 years, exclusively told Radar Online.

Dawn organized the packed memorial for the doctor on November 15, and she slammed Heidi’s motives for speaking ill of Dr. Ryan and not attending the memorial celebration his friends and family held.

“Her PR people and agents were weighing the options of her either attending the memorial service for him on Monday or going on TV and talking about him and I guess she decided to trash him instead of remember him,” Dawn told Radar Online.

“Heidi is just trying to stay famous,” she said of the reality star who recently admitted she and her husband Spencer Pratt, are broke.

Dawn said that Dr. Ryan told friends Heidi was obsessed with him after her surgeries.

“Heidi was fixated with Dr. Ryan. He told friends that she used to show up and try to talk to him all the time. She was obsessed with him and he spurned her advances,” Dawn said.

Dawn defended Dr. Ryan’s operations on Heidi, and said her claims of regret are now only for show. “She wanted bigger breasts right after the surgery and she kept going back to him to ask him for more. He did not instigate her surgeries, she insisted on everything.

Irate over the statements Heidi made, Dawn slammed the reality star’s tactics.

“Now that he isn’t here to defend himself she is vilifying him.”

Heidi Blames Dead Doc For Surgery Nightmare

Heidi Montag is speaking out about her plastic surgery nightmare - expressing her regret for undergoing ten proceedures in just one day and saying her doctor, the late Frank Ryan, misled her.

Montag- speaking to E.T. - said of the surgeries: "It's not who I am. It's something I did. It was a choice that I made, and I wanted other women and people to know, 'yeah, I have insecurities and so does everyone, and this is what I did, and I don't want to lie about it, and I don't want to cover it up. I don't like lying. It's just not who I am. In retrospect, I do wish I never would have said anything..."

When she was asked if she was happy with the after-result of her surgeries, Heidi said: "I wouldn't do it again... If I could go back, I'd wouldn't have had them..."

"It was a lot harder than I was led on by my doctor... I didn't know how excessive it really was.. and to the extent a lot of stuff."

"It was a lot .. it was a lot.. and I'm very thankful for how it turned out... It could have been disastrous." Could have been? Does Heidi not have a mirror?

Montag underwent ten surgeries in a single day last November. She had her breast implants increased to DDDs, a brow lift, a nose job revision, lipo on her stomach and thighs and a butt augmentation, among other things.

Montag has said she regrets one of the surgeries in particular - getting extreme breast implants. This past August, she said, in the wake of Ryan's death in a tragic car accident, she was looking for a new doctor to perform the procedure to reduce her breast size to a D or double D.

Montag has said the procedures have caused her excessive pain - both mentally and physically.

Lauren & Whit Get Real About Plastic Surgery

Being in the spotlight takes a toll on the stars of The Hills, and Heidi Montag, Audrina Patridge, and Stephanie Pratt (reportedly) are among those MTV reality stars who have resorted to plastic surgery in order to enhance their looks.

I caught up with Hills grads, Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port, to get their views on why their co-stars go under the knife, and how they stay beautiful naturally.

“I think it’s a personal thing,” Whitney, who has moved on to The City, tells me. “If they feel like it’s necessary and it’s going to make them feel more confident, then more power to them.”

For Lauren, the need for plastic surgery stems from growing fame.

“It’s hard because you’re in that position where you’re being criticized for everything,” Lauren tells me. “It’s hard because do you ignore it, and try to be beautiful on your own and be happy with the way you look, or do you listen to the criticism. They put them on this platform, and they tear them apart and then they criticize them even more for changing themselves. It’s hard to say. I think you just try and be confident with the way you are.”

Heidi Pratt Defends Faith, Lame Playboy Spread

Despite obscene amounts of hype and even more airbrushing, why didn't Heidi Pratt actually bare all in the overrated September issue of Playboy?

"Always leave them asking for more," Pratt said on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show on Tuesday morning. "Next time, I'll have more to reveal."

Note that no one really wants to see more.

Asked if she has a two- or three-part Playboy deal, Mrs. Spencer Pratt coyly replied, "Maybe." She added that she "had fun" stripping down.

The Heidi Montag nude spread in no way compromised her Christianity, the bleach-blonde star of The Hills was quick to point out. Because you know Jesus approves of Playboy ... as long as the girls don't go full frontal style.

"For me personally, I feel like God created the human body, and the body is beautiful," she said. "The way God created us in the beginning was naked."

"I am not ashamed of it. I'm proud of it... This was such a blessed experience."

The way God created her was quite a lot different, of course ... think a lot of plastic surgery and four seasons of The Hills ago. See photo comparison below to see the "natural" beauty Heidi displayed in Playboy vs. who she used to be.

Then again, at least Spencer Pratt is giving her 20-30 orgasms a day as an honest woman after they got married. Surely He approves of their union.

The Hills star is taking it all off ... almost. Or not even close.

The Heidi Pratt Playboy spread for September has been hyped incredibly hard by the magazine and gossip tabloids, but now that a couple of photos have been released, we can officially call it a disappointment for several reasons:

1. Heidi Montag is not that attractive.
2. The pics are only as revealing as your standard Victoria's Secret catalog, with one major difference: the women in said catalog are actually hot.

"I did pose nude," the 22-year-old said yesterday.

You just won't see Heidi nude in the mag. Just this:

Ever modest, and never one to share intimate details of his life, Spencer Pratt says he hung up poster-sized photos of nude outtakes on his bathroom wall: "Now when I'm peeing, I get to see a 10-foot naked photo of my wife," he says.

Although the racy photos that made it into the mag are PG-13 (she's wearing skimpy lingerie or a tiny bikini), she says she'll strip down completely eventually. Just not before she gets more plastic surgery. Really. She said this.

"The body is a beautiful creation. If anything, the reason I didn't show everything is because I plan to get a few more upgrades," Heidi tells Playboy. "I'm definitely not done with my surgical quest," she goes on, adding that she'd like "to go bigger on my boobs" for husband Spencer Pratt, 26.

Heidi also admits she hasn't told her dad about her pictorial because she comes from a strict Christian family. Not that he'll ever hear about it. "They're a little behind the times where he lives in Colorado," she says.

Spencer Still Won't Give Up On LC Sex Tape

What would be an interview with Speidi if they didn't take some time out to bash LC? What are they, like, obessesed with her or something?

"I was lying about being apologetic [about spreading sex tape rumors], and I hate lying…Yes, I facilitated the rumor, but it was true. Lauren was acting like she was little miss perfect goody two-shoes while Jason Wahler was trying to shop the tape. The tape exists!"

“The millions of people waiting for season six of The Hills love us. And it’s not about Lauren Conrad, because she’s not even on the show this season. Which is fine with me.”

Heidi Montag Talks Plastic Surgery

She’s showing the world what she’s made of-literally- in the September issue of Playboy, and Heidi Montag isn’t shy when it comes to talking about plastic surgery either.

She told the magazine, “When I was shopping for my boobs, I wanted the best, so I sat down and flipped through a bunch of Playboys.” And she’s not done going under the knife yet. “I plan to get a few more upgrades ... I’m sure as I get older I’ll need some touch-ups.”

As for Spencer’s take on all of it, he’s a big fan of Heidi’s modified form. “I wanted to shut down production after every outfit change [at the photo shoot] so I could enjoy [Heidi] all to myself.”

According to the interview, Ms. Montag, who wed Spencer earlier this year, has also undergone a nose job in her quest for aesthetic perfection.

Heidi Montag Pratt gives Life & Style too much information while plugging her new workout system, which apparently isn't all she did to get her body into flashing fighting form!

The Hills star said:

“I felt my boobs were too small, so I had them enhanced a few years ago. It worked for my body type. Now, thanks to the Heidi Montag Workout system that Chad Waterbury created, I have a curvier new body. So maybe I need curvier new boobs to match?”

We're pretty sure it's not "curvier boobs" you need!!!
