Hank Baskett: Proud Of Kendra's Playboy Cover

Hank Baskett loved the two-year-old shots of wife Kendra Wilkinson baring all in the December issue of Playboy.

"He's like, 'I'm so proud of you! You look so good!'" Kendra, 25, told Us Magazine of her husband's reaction at a signing event for Ab Cuts at a GNC store in L.A. "Even though that's like, so long ago, I'm like 'urghhhhhh!'" she added, doing a fist-pump move.

"I'm very happy, very honored to be on the cover with the old pictures," cooed Kendra, who's gotten married and had a son (Hank IV, nearly one) since that nude photo shoot.

Would she ever pose again? "I can't say," she said. "I can't lock the door to that, but I am saying no, because I'm where I need to be in my life . . . it's not the time in my life right now to do it."

Meanwhile, she says that she and husband Baskett, 28, are adjusting to a long-distance relationship. (Wilkinson and their son stayed behind in L.A. when he relocated to Minneapolis, where he's now playing for the Minnesota Vikings.

"We're working with it," she said. "You work against each other or you deal with it and we're dealing with it. We're doing great!"

Was Kendra Wrong To Be In Playboy Again?

Yesterday, Kendra Wilkinson's Playboy cover for their December issue was revealed. Following the big reveal, Kendra explained on her official website that the pictures were taken years ago when she was still living in the mansion.

So let's rewind for a second.. When Kendra and Hank began dating, she promised him she would never appear in Playboy again. Then, on the season premiere of Kendra which aired this past Sunday, he expressed to her that her post-baby Hank body was for his eyes only.

To many, this seems like a betrayal. Others believe that since the pictures were old, she's in the clear. So let us know, what do you think?

Kendra Sets Record Straight on Playboy Cover

Kendra Wilkinson -- whose son Hank Baskett IV turns 1 Dec. 11 -- has been speaking out about why she turned down an offer to pose in Playboy.

So fans were baffled when they saw the E! reality star, 25, on the magazine's December issue.

She has taken to her website to set the record straight:

"Hey guys! So I wanted to clear something up really quick! A lot of you saw on my show that I was struggling to decide whether to pose for Playboy again or not. I AM on the December cover of Playboy but it wasn’t from a recent shoot. The photos are from a shoot I did 2 years ago when I was still living in the mansion. I’m flattered to be on the cover again and as you all know Playboy has a very special place in my heart! I just wanted you guys to know I didn’t recently pose."

Katy Perry: I'd Rather 'Tease' Than Pose Nude

Katy Perry isn't shy about showing some skin – just don't expect her to bare all.

"I like to play [the sexy] card because it's fun and definitely in my deck, but I like to tease," Perry says in the December issue of British Cosmopolitan. "I'm like a burlesque girl. I definitely won't be doing a Playboy spread, but I will be doing a kind of Dita Von Teese style."

Being married to Russell Brand is what, Perry says, makes her feel unconditionally sexy.

"I'm confident in my skin I guess, lately," she explains. "I think that when you're in a supportive relationship, you don't care anymore about outside. Things that may have irked you before don't matter because you found someone who loves you no matter what."

Adds Perry, "I guess it's a mixture of, 'Hey, I'm 26, and I know these are my prime years and I feel confident,' and being loved-up."

Kendra: "Skype" Saving Long-Distance Marriage

Kendra Wilkinson says technology is helping her long-distance marriage to Hank Baskett.

Baskett, 28, was recently traded from the Philadelphia Eagles to the Minnesota Vikings. Though she wanted to join him in the Midwest, he told her it was best if she and baby Hank - who turns 1 next month - lived in L.A., where most of their friends and family reside.

To keep the romance alive, "We take advantage of Skype, texting," she said on the Today show Thursday, adding that they also use Apple's FaceTime, which allows them to have face-to-face video calls. "We have all that."

"It's actually a blessing in disguise," Wilkinson, 25, went on. "We get a chance to know each other all over again and communicate."

The only downfall: With her husband away, she said, "I'm doing kind of everything by myself."

Wilkinson wanted to reiterate to fans, "I love my married life. We're not separated."

In fact, she tells the new Us Weekly (now on newsstands) that they even want another baby! "We're talking about having No. 2," she tells Us.

One thing she is still on-the-fence about: Posing again for Playboy.

On the season premiere of E!'s Kendra Sunday, she receives a call from her agent asking her to strip down. She nervously asks her husband for permission but ends up turning down the offer.

Asked on the Today show if she's changed her mind, she said, "I'm leaning more on no. I'm 25, I'm still young, I'm still hot. But I'm like, 'Do I need to do Playboy again to be hot in the public eye?'"

Kendra Wilkinson Turns Down Playboy

Life & Style has learned that Kendra Wilkinson has rejected an offer to grace the cover of Playboy. "She's not worried about her husband, Hank [Baskett], or offending people," an insider tells Life & Style. "She just wants to lose more weight before doing it." The shoot wouldn't even require Kendra to bare all, but she still balked. "If and when she's ready to do it again, she will," says the insider. "But not right now."

Kendra's first pictorial in Playboy was in 2005 with co-stars Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt and was taped for season one of The Girls Next Door.

Kendra & Hank Baskett: Season 3 Promos

They're currently separated on opposite coasts, but soon enough Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett will be together on TV in an all-new season of their family's E! show "Kendra".

Enjoying what was a beautiful day, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were spotted at the magazine stand in Malibu on Wednesday afternoon (September 16).

Still intent on promoting Heidi’s photo spread, Spencer grabbed all of her Playboy issues and held them up to the sky as paparazzi snapped up shots.

The outing comes just two days after Miss Montag’s birthday, during which time her hubby gave her a 9-week-old Maltipoo puppy named after a country music legend.

Heidi told press, “Spencer gave me the best gift ever, a Maltipoo puppy that we have named Dolly. I’m so excited to day is my birthday! Thank you, God, for every moment you have given me and blessing me with my wonderful husband.”

Heidi Montag: I Hated Weighing Under 100 LBS

Heidi Montag has never been shy of her body, but following her recent Playboy photo shoot, it’s fair to say the Hills star took figure confidence to a new level when she posed for them naked, apart from a strategically placed hand or bed sheet.

‘As soon as Playboy called me, I knew I had to find the best trainer out there,’ she tells . ‘I wanted to look athletic and curvy, not skinny and frail. That’s when I got in touch with trainer Chad Waterbury. If you can get through one of his workouts, you can get through anything.

‘It worked. I almost cried when I saw the Playboy shoot pictures last month. I was so excited. I’ve never felt this confident before.’

Heidi puts it down to a combination of fitness training and a balanced diet. ‘Don’t starve if you want to lose weight,’ she warns. ‘It won’t work. My best tips would be to add more lean protein, oily fish, veggies and berries to your diet. Have a bigger breakfast and a smaller dinner and eat six times a day to keep your metabolism high.

‘I don’t count calories, but always cut down on portions before a photo shoot. I also limit the amount of carbohydrates I eat for a few days beforehand.’

Now weighing 101 pounds, perfect for her 5ft 2in height, Heidi says she’s in the best shape of her life. This is a far cry from a few years ago when the actress admits to weighing a painfully thin 92 pounds.

She recalls: ‘It wasn’t great because I felt so sick and weak. I never want to portray that look because it’s not healthy. Spencer likes it when my butt is curvier and I definitely feel at my sexiest with my new power curves.’

Heidi Montag Responds To Aubrey O'Day

Heidi Montag has responded to former Danity Kane singer Aubrey O'Day's jibes about her recent Playboy cover shoot.

O'Day had previously suggested that her photographs for the magazine had been better than those taken by Montag because she had been more willing to take risks. In my opinion, she was right.

Speaking to MTV News, Montag said: "I just don't think you can compare when Matthew Rolston shoots you for Playboy.

"I didn't see her photos. I didn't know she was in Playboy. Well, tell her thank you for looking at my Playboy. Thank you for complimenting it. And I guess I'll have to go look at hers." Wow, did Spencer tell you to say that?

The 22-year-old added: "I definitely will do Playboy again. I love Playboy. I love the family. My cover sold out in all the stands in LA. It's on back order right now. I just think I want to get an upgrade first." Right, cuz being natural is just crazy!

Stephanie Pratt: Alexa Chung Chick

Hitting up the promotional circuit, Stephanie Pratt was spotted out visiting MTV studios in New York City on Monday afternoon (August 24).

Looking sexy in a shiny silver ensemble, the Hills hottie dropped by It’s On With Alexa Chung in Times Square to boost interest in the upcoming season of her hit reality show.

Meanwhile, Miss Pratt had nothing but compliments for sister-in-law Heidi Montag’s performance at the Miss Universe beauty pageant.

“Heidi looks bangin’ [in Playboy], but even better was her Miss Universe [performance] last night,” she told MTV News. “Freaked out. ... I was on a stool, just, like, ‘I cannot wait for this!’ I love ‘Body Language.’ Blown away. She’s never looked better. I thought she did absolutely amazing. I think she really could have blown it, and I really think this is a career possibility.”

“When I first met her, she said she wanted to be a pop star, and this was like three years ago,” Steph added. “Who really can be a pop star unless you’ve been singing and dancing forever? We’ve never seen Heidi take a dance class or anything like that.”

Aubrey vs. Heidi: Who Looks Best Undressed?

Hills star Heidi Montag couldn't be happier with how her Playboy spread turned out (her husband and her take the mag with her wherever they go, and he got a T-shirt made with the cover on it). But fellow MTV star and Playboy vet Aubrey O'Day says that Heidi's pics were a total snoozefest. At least, compared to her own provocative peepshow.

"I don't know, I think [my pics are] still the winner," O'Day said of Heidi's spread. "You know, you can take a million pretty pictures," she told MTV News, "but it's like: Which pictures are really going to stand out and be iconic, and which pictures are just pretty pictures that are here today, gone tomorrow?"

Aubrey O'Day Puts 2 Cents In On Heidi's Playboy

We're sure plenty of people are comparing Aubrey O'Day's and Heidi Montag's recent Playboy pictorials — and O'Day is one of them. Earlier this year, O'Day bared it all for the magazine, and Montag was recently featured in a less revealing pictorial. O'Day said she feels the Hills star could have taken a few more chances when she posed for the magazine.

O'Day didn't have to think twice when asked whose pictorial she thinks is better. "I'd have to go with mine," she said. "There's been so much speculation and competition between the two MTV girls, and I had heard that Spencer made a statement about it, but, I don't know, I think mine's still the winner."

O'Day, who said she would "absolutely" pose for the magazine again, added that she thinks that if Heidi has plans to do so — as she has hinted — she needs to step it up for her next pictorial.

"So whatever her journey is, I'd say ... to just take that risk, really do something kind of ... maybe do something she's a little scared to do, so she overcomes a fear and feels really proud," she advised Heidi. "You know, you can take a million pretty pictures, every celebrity girl has taken a million pretty pictures, but it's like: Which pictures are really going to stand out and be iconic, and which pictures are just pretty pictures that are here today, gone tomorrow?"

Speidi Peddle Playboy, Head to Bahamas

Heading off to the Bahamas, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt continued their special brand of self promotion as they arrived at LAX Airport in Los Angeles for a departing flight on Thursday (August 20).

Proudly displaying Heidi’s sexy Playboy magazine cover, the Hills co-star couple smiled and waved at paparazzi as they passed through security on the way to the departures gate.

On the way to Paradise Island for the Miss Universe Pageant - during which Heidi will be a performer - the MTV vixen posted to her Twitter page, saying “I have butterflies. I am having my first performance in 3 days!!!”

The pageant’s host Billy Bush made a request of Ms. Montag, replying, “i am also excited to hear you sing...don’t lip synch mama, i’ll be right there on stage with you...i want LIVE, no net!” to which Heidi replied, “haha don’t worry my performance at Miss. Universe will be as live as can be!!”

Heidi Pratt Defends Faith, Lame Playboy Spread

Despite obscene amounts of hype and even more airbrushing, why didn't Heidi Pratt actually bare all in the overrated September issue of Playboy?

"Always leave them asking for more," Pratt said on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show on Tuesday morning. "Next time, I'll have more to reveal."

Note that no one really wants to see more.

Asked if she has a two- or three-part Playboy deal, Mrs. Spencer Pratt coyly replied, "Maybe." She added that she "had fun" stripping down.

The Heidi Montag nude spread in no way compromised her Christianity, the bleach-blonde star of The Hills was quick to point out. Because you know Jesus approves of Playboy ... as long as the girls don't go full frontal style.

"For me personally, I feel like God created the human body, and the body is beautiful," she said. "The way God created us in the beginning was naked."

"I am not ashamed of it. I'm proud of it... This was such a blessed experience."

The way God created her was quite a lot different, of course ... think a lot of plastic surgery and four seasons of The Hills ago. See photo comparison below to see the "natural" beauty Heidi displayed in Playboy vs. who she used to be.

Then again, at least Spencer Pratt is giving her 20-30 orgasms a day as an honest woman after they got married. Surely He approves of their union.

Heidi Pratt took Hills fans by storm with her nearly-naked Playboy spread, but she's not the only Hillzie lookin' to show off her curves. For the second time in two years, Lauren Conrad's on the cover of Shape magazine -- and her interview's almost as revealing as the orange string bikini she's wearin'!

According to FitCeleb.com (who's got the cover scoop!), LC knows exactly how settling down with someone can lead to unwanted weight gain. In fact, she even has a name for it! "I call it the 'boyfriend layer'," she tells Shape. "[Kyle and I] were having more romantic dinners out, and I was exercising less."

But where there's a will, there's a way. And, the way Lauren sees it, where there's a boyfriend, there's a built-in gym buddy! "I just ask Kyle, 'You feel like working out?'" says the Hills star. Her rationale? "It's way more fun than hitting the gym alone!"
