Katy Perry Promotes New Fragrance "Purr"
Beginning her voyage into the realm of celebrity fragrance, Katy Perry was spotted at Selfridges in London, England today (November 12).
The “Hot N Cold” singer posed for pictures with her fans and signed autographs after the launch of her new perfume “Purr.”
