Out for the night’s festivities, Stephanie Pratt was all smiles at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday (September 13). The MTV reality starlet happily posed for pictures as she strutted her stuff outside of the Radio City Music Hall in New York City.
Having been situated in the Big Apple for the past few days, Miss Pratt has also been getting in her fair share of fashion week. The Hills hottie spent the previous evening out with co-star Holly Montag, attending the Alice + Olivia show before hitting up The Beautiful Life party.
